How do I switch to a different rate plan?

You can change your current rate plan by accessing your Personal Account on the EZtalk website. In the “Personal Data” section of your Personal Account follow the “Switch rate plan” link opposite your current rate plan. You will then need to specify your e-mail address where a message will be sent containing a special rate plan switch confirmation code. By entering this code in your Personal Account you will be able to select a new rate plan and complete the switch.
