EZtalk reaches a new level of communication

“Simbiotel”, the company that provides next-generation mobile communication services under the EZtalk brand, announces the launch of the new version of the EZtalk application – EZtalk 2.5. The new version of the application will enable EZtalk subscribers to make inter-city and international calls at great value rates with both minimum use of GPRS Internet and no use of this communication service at all. Aside from this the EZtalk 2.5 version contains a number of options that increase connection speed and significantly improve the convenience of working with the application. The new application is available to EZtalk subscribers as of May 27, 2009.

Previously a prerequisite for making calls through the EZtalk application was the presence in the subscriber’s mobile phone of the GPRS Internet setting, provided by the communication service operator and enabling to carry out the call request. If the GPRS Internet service was unavailable the request had to be made via SMS or the subscriber’s personal account on the EZtalk website. Now thanks to the modern technologies used in the EZtalk 2.5 application version, EZtalk subscribers can make calls without having to use the GPRS Internet service. Thus the calling speed becomes significantly faster and calls with EZtalk are even better value for money. This feature of the application is available for Sony Ericsson, Nokia and Motorola mobile phones, as well as communicators based on Windows Mobile and smartphones based on Symbian.

Another unique advantage of the Eztalk 2.5 application version is the possibility to make calls at EZtalk rates directly through the phone book of your mobile phone, without having to access or use the application. Previously to make a call at EZtalk rates you had to access the application in your mobile phone. This feature of the application is available for Sony Ericsson, Nokia and Motorola mobile phones, as well as communicators based on Windows Mobile.

The new version of the application maintains the convenient “Contacts synchronization” option for its subscribers. This feature allows to synchronize phone book contacts from the mobile phone with the subscriber’s personal account on the EZTalk website, thus allowing to use EZtalk services and phone book data via the web interface without a mobile phone. This feature may also prove helpful if you need to restore lost contacts. The EZtalk 2.5 version also contains familiar EZtalk features from previous applications, such as “Connection” (connecting any two subscribers with each other), “Conference” (connecting over three subscribers in a single call), “SMS” (sending SMS messages), “Balance” (online-request of the balance of the account), “Roaming” (keeping your number during trips when using a travelers SIM card or one of a local communication service operator), “Log” (time and duration of all connections) etc.

In the near future Simbiotel plans to further expand EZtalk features, as well as launch new, even better value rate plans.
